Acme Fire and Safety Co Ltd (“ACME Fire & Safety” or the “Company”) is thrilled to partner with Newlook Capital on its acquisition of Nutech Phoenix; the Company’s 3rd acquisition since 2020.
As of today, ACME Fire & Safety will be offering life, protection and safety products and services to customers in these five branches in British Columbia: Burnaby, Campbell River, Kamloops, Kelowna, and Richmond.
With the acquisition of Nutech Phoenix, the Company will expand its footprint to Richmond and Kamloops in British Columbia.
In addition, the Company will be investing in both its Life & Safety and Sprinkler divisions to continue delivering superb product/ service offerings to all of its customers from North Island to Kamloops.
